Call for Posters and Demonstrations

Poster and Demonstration Proposals

Posters and demonstrations permit presentation of late-breaking results in an informal, interactive manner. Demonstrations showcase innovative digital libraries technology and applications, allowing you to share your work directly with your colleagues in a high-visibility setting.

Proposals for posters or demonstrations should consist of a title, extended abstract, and contact information for the authors, and should not exceed 2 pages. As indicated in JCDL 2019 Call for Submissions, poster and demonstration submissions should use the ACM Proceedings template (http://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template) and are to be submitted in electronic format via the conference’s EasyChair submission page.

All questions concerning posters & demos should be discussed with the poster and demo co-chairs prior to the submission deadline of February 8, 2019. This year’s poster & demo co-chairs are:

Lillian Cassel, Department of Computing Sciences, Villanova University
Milena Dobreva, Library and Information Studies, University College London Quatar
Jerome McDonough, School of Information Sciences, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Accepted posters and demonstrations will be displayed at the conference. Abstracts of posters and demonstrations will also appear in the proceedings as well as the ACM digital library.
